Microsoft Outlook Setup:

1. Open Microsoft Outlook and click on Tools

2. Select E-mail Accounts



 


3. Select Add a new e-mail account, and then click Next

4. Select POP3, and then click Next

5. Enter your e-mail account settings, and then click More Settings

User Information
Your Name: Type your name as you would like it to appear in the FROM column.
E-mail Address: This will be your REPLY TO address.

Server Information
POP3: mail.[your domain name]    EXAMPLE  mail.mikewillis.com
SMTP: mail.[your domain name]    EXAMPLE  mail.mikewillis.com

Logon Information
User NameThis should be your FULL email address.
PasswordType in the password you selected in the email manager for this account.

Once this information has been entered, click the More Settings button.

6. Click on the Outgoing Server tab and check the top two selections.

_  My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication
_  Use same settings as my incoming mail server

Once this is completed, click on the Advanced tab.

7. Under the Advanced tab, change the Outgoing Server (SMTP) port to 587 and then click OK.

8. Once you have returned to the Internet E-mail Settings screen, click on the Next button.

9. Click on the Finish button and you are ready to send and receive email.
